Who are Cookie & Trina?

Cookie started with a vision of Cookee's Café during the pandemic. After a year into the business, Trina, a Buisness savvy entrepreneur absolutely loved Cookie's vision and invested in Cookee's Café.

Since their partnership, Cookee's Café has flourished and continues to grow every year.

Why is our coffee so special?: Cookie, after a lot of time and research, has crafted our delicious, trademark pending, “Cookee’s Blend”.

Cookee’s Blend is aromatic and pleasing to the pallet, matching the esthetic of Cookee's Café. It’s a medium roast/medium blend single origin coffee.

We only use Cookee's Blend coffee in all of our (hot/iced) coffee beverages.

Flavor shots can be added to any of the coffee beverages.

Decaf options will be available as well as limited sugar free options.

No Problem!: Mocktailz, Teazers and Lemon Fizzies, are a blend of juices, infused waters, other non-alcoholic and KOSHER ingredients mixed in just the right ratios to create an exciting Cookee’s Café flavor experience (recipes are proprietary). Co-Owner, Trina, is the mastermind of all of our delicious Mocktailz, Teazers and Lemon Fizzies.

I ordered Pumpkin Spice with almond milk. It was delicious. It came with a straw, a coaster and an Apple pastry. When I got ready to clean it that night, it was still hot. The tumbler is white with a clear lid that you control the opening. I love it. You've got to order one."
